User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant On The Water Restaurants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates these terms. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

Restaurant Listings

Restaurant information is provided for reference and may not always be current. Hours, menus, docking availability, and other details may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting, especially when arriving by boat.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for navigation decisions made based on information on this site. Weather, tide, and marine data are provided as estimates and should not replace official NOAA sources or proper marine navigation tools.

Owner Claims

Restaurant owners may claim their listings through our verification process. Claiming a listing grants management access but does not transfer ownership of user-generated content (reviews, photos) associated with that listing.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
